Great tip for making whipped cream - use a chilled bowl because chilled cream whips faster. Well, that's what they say...

Have you ever tried to whip cream using a whisk? It takes forever! Use a mixer - always - trust me!

Normally when I whip cream I just whip it up, I don't put anything in it but it is nice with a bit of icing sugar and vanilla as they do in this video.

Normally when I whip cream I just whip it up, I don't put anything in it but it is nice with a bit of icing sugar and vanilla as they do in this video.

It looks like they used regular sugar. Does that dissolve when you whisk it into the cream? I would use icing sugar like you.

The vanilla is a nice touch.

I only whip cream with sugar and vanilla if I'm going to use it in a cake, like between layers of a sponge. If I'm going to use cream for something like apple pie, I won't use sugar, the pie is sweet enough already. It is delicious like done with sugar and vanilla though, that's for sure.

If you want to exercise, using a whisk.ha ha ha
But if you want great whipped cream, using mixer
